A new online job posting site lets you hire online from wherever you are in the world, and has the potential to make it easier for people to find work that suits their specific skills.
The site, Dieec.com, is currently available only in the US, but it’s slated to be rolled out in other countries soon.
To get started, simply sign up for a job.
There’s no limit to how many people you can apply to a job, and if you get accepted, you’ll receive an email letting you know your position is available.
The idea behind the site is that people with different skill sets and interests will be able to find jobs online, and that these jobs will be more flexible than the ones you’d normally find on traditional sites.
For example, if you’re a graphic designer, you might want to be able do more in-house design work, while a software engineer might be interested in taking a job that requires more interaction with the customer.
Theres no doubt a lot of people who could benefit from the flexibility Dieec offers, especially when it comes to finding a job with fewer responsibilities.
But it’s also important to remember that Dieec’s site is still in beta, and it’s unclear whether or not the service will actually make it into a fully-fledged platform, but if it does, it’s a step in the right direction for the job search industry.
